Based on the Lotte Berk Method, the bodd technique is an intense hour long class designed to achieve rapid results. Our dynamic instruction is precisely designed to build stamina, flexibility and core strength.  The result is what every body craves - a long lean silhouette of grace and strength.  We offer a challenging, well crafted class that is structurally safe and will quickly lengthen leg muscles, chisle arms and flatten abs!  bodd is exactly what you need to shape up your workout and feel great!
