Get out of the gym and give BoddCyle a spin!  This intense cardio workout is that pump of excitement your workout has been missing.  Our exclusive  state of the art Keiser spin bikes ride with a smooth and silent precision while monitoring your gear level, RPM's and heart rate.  No matter what your spin level, Bodd's accomplished, and motivating instructors are at the ready with great music for an awesome ride!

Optimises fat burning and energy

Fat burning takes place when your heart rate is at 65-75% of your maximum capacity.  By keeping your heart rate within these guidelines you will find your energy level increased and your body will efficiently continue to burn calories throughout the entire day!

What should you expect if you are new to cycling?

One of the best things about indoor cycling is that it can be adapted to any fitness level.  With the ability to adjust the resistance level on the bike, one can control the difficulty of your workout. With every class you become stronger and more confident and will be able to adjust your workout to meet your goals.

How many calories are burned per class?

This all depends on the weight of the individual and the amount of exertion used.  Research indicates that on average, indoor cyclists burn from 400-500 calories in a 45 minute workout.
